Description

The lucid dream, escaping the monsters that torment us.

The idea behind the imagery is that of escaping torment and imprisonment, as represented by the scratch marks on the trees which in turn look like prison bars. I created a frozen moment in time, a dream like surreal atmosphere, where hope, relief and freedom are easy obtainable despite how dark any situation may be.

“Let me go” was created as a gift for a family member of mine in 2013.
